Deskripsi Pekerjaan
As an Client Relationship Manager, you’ll be the go-to partner for our clients—helping them onboard smoothly, stay successful, and grow with Timkado.
- Become fluent in DAISI App & Travelcast features and benefits so you can clearly explain value to clients
- Lead end-to-end onboarding: kickoff → setup → training → go-live
- Manage onboarding execution with clear steps, timelines, and owners
- Serve as the primary point of contact and respond quickly to client needs
- Run regular check-ins and follow-ups to drive satisfaction and retention
- Monitor client usage and spot issues early before they become bigger problems
- Act as frontline support: gather details, ask the right questions, and log issues properly
- Work daily with Tech Support/Engineering to solve issues and track progress until closed
- Translate customer feedback into clear internal requests (what, why, impact, priority)
- Coordinate with Product / Tech / Operations to deliver solutions and communicate updates
- Share simple client-facing updates: status, next steps, and timelines
- Identify opportunities for adoption (more usage), retention (stay longer), and growth (upsell/cross-sell when relevant)
Kualifikasi
We’re looking for someone who’s smart, proactive, and excited to learn. You don’t need to know everything on day one—we’ll help you ramp up.
- Strong communication skills — can explain things simply and clearly
- Strong ownership — you close the loop, not just forward messages
- Comfortable with tools like WhatsApp, email, spreadsheets, and task tracking
- Tech-curious — enjoys learning products, troubleshooting, and improving processes
- Bonus: experience with ticketing tools like Jira / Zendesk / Freshdesk
